Educação musical caiçara : pistas em perspectiva dialógica

Abstract

Resumo: O que move essa pesquisa é o desejo de refletir sobre processos de ensino e aprendizagem de música a partir dos saberes tradicionais da cultura caiçara, especialmente em projetos relacionados ao ensino do Fandango nas localidades que cercam a baía de Paranaguá/PR. Através de participações em articulações com mestres e grupos de cultura popular, destaco a gênese e a prática de processos educacionais praticados nesse território, na perspectiva da tradição e também na expansão de fronteiras em estilo e linguagem que sugerem a ocupação de novos territórios. São observados pontos de tensionamento localizados entre os saberes tradicionais, educação e cultura de massa no território. Para registro e mapeamento da cultura caiçara, foram realizadas entrevistas e coleta de dados em livros, teses, artigos, materiais de imprensa e documentos gerados por órgãos públicos. Por se tratar da realização de uma cartografia experienciada em campo, as vivências pessoais com a cultura caiçara também são parte efetiva da pesquisa, as experiências estão diretamente ligadas à participação em produções culturais e elaboração de projetos educacionais no território. Esse processo de experimentar e cartografar a cultura caiçara culmina na construção deste texto no qual estão presentes percursos individuais e coletivos que sugerem a sistematização de uma educação musical calcada em saberes caiçaras. A pesquisa entrelaça cultura e educação, ora focada nas artes e criações caiçaras, ora na expansão da produção cultural caiçara para novos territórios, ora na didatização da música. Nesse sentido, a pesquisa focaliza contribuições vindas especialmente das práticas de vida dos agentes que se movimentam em torno dessa cultura coletiva, e através de tais movimentações atualizam e criam novas perspectivas sobre a tradição.

Abstract: What drives this research is the desire to reflect on the teaching and learning processes of music from the traditional knowledge of the caiçara culture, especially in projects related to the teaching of Fandango in the localities surrounding the bay of Paranaguá/PR. Through participation in articulations with masters and popular culture groups, I highlight the genesis and practice of educational processes practiced in this territory, in the perspective of tradition and also in the expansion of borders in style and language that suggest the occupation of new territories. Tension points located between traditional knowledge, education and mass culture in the territory are observed. To record and map the caiçara culture, interviews and data collection were carried out in books, theses, articles, press materials and documents generated by public bodies. As it is the realization of a cartography experienced in the field, personal experiences with the caiçara culture are also an effective part of the research, the experiences are directly linked to the participation in cultural productions and the elaboration of educational projects in the territory. This process of experimenting and mapping the caiçara culture culminates in the construction of this text in which individual and collective paths are present that suggest the systematization of a musical education based on caiçara knowledge. The research intertwines culture and education, at times focused on the caiçara arts and creations, at times in the expansion of caiçara cultural production to new territories, at times in the didacticization of music. In this sense, the research focuses on contributions coming especially from the life practices of agents who move around this collective culture, and through such movements they update and create new perspectives on tradition.
